Terms & Conditions – Confirmed Orders

1. Order Confirmation

Once an order has been confirmed by the customer and accepted by our company, it is considered final. Confirmation may occur through our website, email, message, or any other agreed communication method.

2. Custom and Personalised Items

All customised and personalised items (including wedding trays, phone cases, keyrings, rings, and special event creations) are made according to the customer’s specifications.
Because these items are created uniquely for each customer:

Confirmed custom orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all details (names, dates, colours, designs, spelling, and specifications) are correct before confirmation.

3. Production Process

Once an order is confirmed, production will begin. Any requests for changes after production has started may not be possible and, if accepted, may incur additional charges.

4. Payments

Full or partial payment (as agreed) is required to confirm an order.
No item will be produced or dispatched until payment has been received.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for confirmed custom-made items.
Refunds may only be considered in cases of proven manufacturing defects or damage caused by us.

6. Quality and Design Approval

Where applicable, design previews may be provided before production.
Once the customer approves the design, the company is not responsible for dissatisfaction based on personal taste or minor variations in colour or design.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the complexity of the order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Liability

Our company is not liable for errors provided by the customer (e.g. incorrect spelling, wrong dates, or design details) once the order has been confirmed.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
